为明朝内府大御医龚廷贤所著，对该书的内容，龚氏自谓：“采摄于名藩之异授，内府之珍藏，宇内大夫之所家袭，方外异人之所秘传，并发诸前人之所未发，参互勘验而成”。全书共为十卷。
